One dark gloomy night in a village named Blinkel, a boy called Bill tried to get to sleep, but the wind in the trees kept making whistling noises.

The next day, Bill was already in the kitchen eating his breakfast at 6:00 in the morning. He had had only two hours sleep, because he went to sleep at midnight and woke up again at 2:00 am!
Bill was pouring out his Breakfast Flakies when he noticed one Flakie was green! Bill was confused.

Suddenly a Portal appeared, then Bill got sucked in! The milk that got thrown from Bill’s breakfast was flung across the room and splattered across the floor just as Dad walked in. Dad slipped on the milk, hit his head on the floor and was sent to hospital.
So no-one noticed that Bill had disappeared!

When Bill popped out at the other end of the Portal he was in a Lava Sea!!! He was shocked to see so much lava. It was getting hotter and hotter.
Bill realised he was on an island and the reason it was getting hotter was because the lava was rising.
“OH,NO!” shouted Bill, but then it got colder because there was a helicopter above him. They lowered down a rope to pick him up, and Bill said thank-you, but the pilot said …NOTHING. Bill noticed a scar on the back of his head: it looked like a stitch. Then the pilot stood up.
Bill said: “Why aren’t you driving?” The guy turned round. Bill was scared. This guy looked like a Zombie, he smelled like a Zombie, he felt like a Zombie – HE WAS A ZOMBIE!

“ AAAAHHHhh!!!!!” shouted Bill. Bill tried to jump off the helicopter but the Zombie had locked it. Then he looked at the Zombie – he had a Plasma Cannon and tried to hit Bill with it. If Bill was hit, he would be a Zombie too!
Bill was running round the helicopter, but nothing happened until he grabbed a loose bar, threw it at the Cannon and it blew up and destroyed the Zombie. Bill took cover.
Plasma was spilling everywhere, so Bill tried to fly the helicopter himself, but the explosion broke the engine! He was heading for a lava landing – he crashed. Luckily, he survived.

Then Bill saw a sign saying ‘Lethal Lava Land,’ with a key hanging from it. He picked up the key and found a big mansion on an island surrounded by lava. Bill felt hopeless.
Suddenly he felt the key shake, then it turned into a lava boat which could go on lava!
He got into the boat and set sail to the mansion, but halfway there he saw lava sharks! Then the boat turned into a plane and he flew the rest of the way.

When Bill landed, the boat/plane turned into a key again, so he got inside the mansion using the key. Suddenly a melon hit him on the head! He looked up at the ceiling – he saw Zombies! He tried to get them by climbing up the tapestry on the walls.
When he got to the top he saw a door, then he went through it and saw a REALLY BIG Zombie. The key started shaking again, this time it turned into a weapon.
He began to shoot the Zombie, but it had a poison whip!
Bill was too fast for the Zombie, but the Zombie hit the beam that held the roof up and the roof was falling!
Bill ran for the exit. The Zombie was hit on the head by the falling roof and died. Bill got to the door – but it was locked!
Then Bill remembered his key. It was no longer a Zombie-killer and it unlocked the door.

When he was outside the mansion, Bill saw a stone that had a keyhole shape in it. He put the key in the hole. Then he was blown backwards as the Portal opened up! Bill went into the Portal and arrived home.
After about five minutes, Bill went to the Breakfast Flakie factory. He found out that the boss was a Zombie with a secret stash of GREEN FLAKIES!

Maybe it was all an evil plan to take over the world with Green Flakies …!

The End

It was the GREEN FLAKIE that opened the Portal and started the whole adventure! So watch out for Zombies next time you eat your breakfast …
