THE BEST ENTRANT EACH MONTH GETS THEIR STORY HURTLED INTO CYBERSPACE - AND PUBLISHED HERE - FOR A WHOLE MONTH!

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE SMALL PRINT BELOW OR WE'LL BE UNABLE TO INCLUDE YOUR STORY...

THE SMALL PRINT:

- Only pupils at Charmouth School are eligible

- Submit your finished story by putting it into the Storyclub folder next to the Key Stage 2 noticeboard or e-mail it to us as above

- Your story can be as long or as short as you like, up to 1000 words approx.

- Please put your name and class on the story, and permission from a parent/guardian for your work to go on the website if chosen.

- Stories will be edited as necessary, by the Story Doctor!

- Any theme you like: but no inappropriate language, or adult material. Keep violent action to an absolute minimum, and only include it if really necessary to your plot (eg a Viking battle).

- Please don't put names of real people that you know into your story.

- Alternatively, you can base your story on our monthly theme, and the theme for June is
Digital Games. For example, there might be a secret code discovered in a computer game that leads to an adventure; two children could be magically transported inside a game; characters from a game could come to life - or any idea you can think of!
But don't use a REAL game as your subject: it must be made up from your imagination, with imaginary characters!

- You can also send simple line drawings if you like.

- If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail, or leave a message in the Storyclub folder.
